UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) has published a gender pay gap report since 2018.

To help understand our workforce better and create the conditions for all of our staff to thrive and develop, we have conducted an equal pay audit using the methodology published by the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

This audit looks specifically at any differences in pay for men and women for equal work, as set out in the Equality Act 2010.
