Our gender pay gap report is one element of our work to understand our role as an employer within the sector and to ensure that UKRI is an organisation where people thrive.
The report presents data and analysis for the whole of UKRI as a single organisation for the year ending 31 March 2021, with individual results for UKRI’s constituent organisations also provided.
For the first time the report includes UKRI’s ethnicity pay gap.
