Caroline PlumbCaroline is Founder and CEO of Fluidly a fintech which uses machine learning to help small businesses manage their biggest pain point – cashflow. Fluidly works with tens of thousands of connected businesses and their advisors to forecast and fund cash flow. Fluidly has been named as one of 2020’s European Fintechs by the Fintech50, in WIRED’s Top 100 Hottest European startups and winner of “Innovation of the Year” in the Accounting Excellence awards. Fluidly has raised £14 million in capital from UK and US investors.

Caroline was formerly one of the Prime Minister’s Business Ambassadors, representing the professional services sector, and serves as a non-executive director of AIM-listed Mercia Asset Management. She previously co-founded Freshminds, a recruitment business, and Decidedly, an innovation consultancy.

Caroline has a First Class degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University and was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s 90th Birthday Honours List in 2016.
